3. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a defect or a mistake by the seller, the return shipping cost will be covered by the seller.
- For other reasons, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed after the returned item is inspected and approved.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
- The refund process typically takes 5-10 business days after the item is received.
5. Replacements
- If a replacement is requested, the seller will ship a new item after the original item is received and approved.
- In cases where a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
